Adam began dancing at the age of 9 years old before going onto to train at The Urdang Academy lower school from the age of 11, in Covent Garden London. 

He then went on to train in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre at The Bodywork Company, Cambridge for 3 years with a full scholarship. Adam trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap, Commercial Jazz and Musical Theatre.

Upon graduating at the age of 19 in 2007, Adam has travelled the world as dance captain onboard cruise liners for Saga and Costa. He has appeared in stage shows such as Chicago, Hairspray, Lord of the Dance, Dancing Queen and Oh What a Night to name a few. Adam has worked on TV shows such as The Brit Awards, Britains Got Talent, The X Factor and The Today Show in America whilst also dancing for many famous names such as Cheryl Cole, Alexandra Burke, Sonique and more. 

Adam has taught commercial jazz for Pineapple Studios, Base Studios and Third Space London and since relocating to Malmö in January 2022, Adam is very excited to now teach at Arnberg’s Dansstudio with a new generation of dancers!
