Vera Zinutti

Contemporary Jazz 10-13 år

Vera Zinutti discovered her passion for dance at the age of 7, starting with acrobatic dance before gradually expanding into jazz and later contemporary. Over time, she has built a versatile foundation across different styles, with a particular focus on contemporary dance, while continuing to deepen her practice in ballet and modern techniques.

She is especially drawn to the expressive and creative side of dance, both as a performer and as an artist. Throughout her training, she has taken part in numerous national and international competitions, consistently achieving strong results with solo pieces, duets, and group works. In 2022, she was also invited to perform at a gala at the Bucharest Opera, an experience that further strengthened her stage presence and artistic voice.

Vera has trained with a wide range of internationally recognized teachers and choreographers, gaining exposure to diverse methods and repertories from leading companies such as Batsheva Dance Company, Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, and Nederlands Dans Theater. In 2023, she was selected for the Dance Journey Program with Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company. That same year, she joined a choreographic residency for the creation of Cinderella – Just Midnight and attended the Batsheva Summer Intensive, where she immersed herself in Gaga technique and repertoire.

Alongside her development as a dancer, Vera has cultivated a strong interest in teaching and choreography. She began as a teaching assistant in 2018 and has since worked as a contemporary dance teacher for teenagers and young adults, creating original choreographies that have been recognized in competitions. In 2024, she also contributed as a choreography assistant at the ND Ballet School Summer Intensive in Varna.

In her work, Vera values authenticity, musicality, and connection just as much as technical precision. She approaches dance as a continuous process of exploration, where energy, intention, and individuality play a central role.
